When setting up your accounts for automatic download to MSN Money or Quicken, use your current MSC Online User ID and password. They must always remain identical. For more information about MSC Online, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
Please note: Macintosh users are unable to download transactions using Quicken and Quickbooks due to our upgraded security certificate for MSC Online. At this time we are in communication with the vendor regarding their validation of the newest security certificate to the Mac systems. We hope to have the issue resolved first quarter 2010.
