VoiceOneVoiceOne is a free telephone service that allows you to conduct financial transactions all with the sound of your voice. You can call VoiceOne 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any phone to:
- Check account balances
- Determine whether a check has cleared your account
- Transfer money between accounts including Visa to savings or checking
- Make loan payments
- Transfer money to another account like your children's or spouse's account (requires account to account setup)
VoiceOne is Easy
Because VoiceOne is voice activated, there are no transaction codes to remember. You simply say the name of the account or transaction for which you want to retrieve information. The only thing you need is your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't have a PIN assigned, call or visit your nearest member service center to request a VoiceOne PIN.
