Bidding Process

• Sealed Bids will be accepted with an attempt to receive the highest dollar possible within the value of the vehicle.
• A minimum bid may be established. This is the amount AltaOne is looking to recover.
• Bids will be accepted in sealed envelopes or online through our Bid Form. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with Year, Make, Model, VIN, and your name.
• Your sealed bid must be received in our office or through the Bid Form no later than 5:00 PM on the predetermined closing date.
• Bids will be reviewed no later than the third business day after closing.
• The form of communication is by telephone. Accurate, legible information is required on your bid form. If you have an alternate phone number, please provide this information.
• If you do NOT respond to our attempts to contact you within five business days of the first attempt, your bid will be canceled.
• In the event there are two or more bids that are the same, each bidder will be contacted and given the opportunity to increase their original bid.
