VoiceOneQ. I have been using E.A.R.S. and already have a PIN, do I need to get another one? A. No. The PIN you’ve been using for E.A.R.S. will access VoiceOne. Q. I called and it asked me for my suffix number. What is that and where do I find it? A. A suffix number is the number attached to each individual account with your main account number. The most common suffixes are: - Main share/savings 0
- Share draft/checking 4
- Visa 8
- IRA shares 9
Any additional suffixes that are not listed here may be found on your monthly statement or PCU account. The suffix number is the one that follows the hyphen in your account number. For example: the checking account on account number 123456 would be identified as 123456-4. Q. Can I interrupt the menu if I already know the choice that I want? A. Yes. Simply say or enter your choice anytime after the greeting. Q. Will background noise affect my transactions? A. Sometimes background noise will be picked up by the VoiceOne system. It works best if you’re in a quiet location. Q. When I say my account number VoiceOne doesn’t recognize it. How can I say my account number so that VoiceOne will understand it? A. Please clearly state your account number one digit at a time. For example, if your account number is 123456, you would say, “One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six”.
